Yummy stuff! This recipe makes a ton! Next time, I will probably cut the recipe in half. I did dye the white chocolate orange (for Halloween), so instead of white trash, it is orange trash. This stuff is rich, so don't overindulge or you might regret it. Hope you enjoy!
White Trash
Ingredients: 4 cups Pecan Halves, roasted
1 cup Mixed Salted Nuts
1 large can Potato Sticks
1 pound White Chocolate
2 12oz pkgs White Chocolate Chips
Mix first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Melt chocolate over double boiler until smooth (or if you're daring, in the microwave). Pour over ingredients in bowl. Mix together and pour onto wax paper. Mash flat with another piece of wax paper. Allow to cool over night. Break into pieces and enjoy.
