Mexican Chicken Casserole


This casserole is so yummy that I almost ate half of it.  I highly recommend this one.  It is warm, creamy, and spicy.  Hope you enjoy!

Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:  3 Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
                   1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
                   1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
                   1 can Rotel
                   10 Corn Tortillas
                   Shredded Cheddar Cheese
                   1 tsp Chili Powder
                   1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
                   1/4 cup Crushed Doritos

Combine chicken, soups, rotel, chili powder, and garlic salt in bowl.  Mix together well. 
Cut tortillas into 1 inch strips.
Spray 9x13 with cooking spray and place 1/3 of tortillas in bottom of dish.  Next add 1/3 of chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.  Repeat two more times.  Top of with crushed Doritos.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
