Crunchy Tilapia


     I feel kind of silly posting this recipe because it is so simple.  But, my husband and kids love it, and when the kiddo's love it, it is a definate winner.  Hope you love it too.

Crunchy Tilapia

4 Tilapia Fillets
1 cup Cornmeal
1 tsp Season Salt
Olive Oil


  1. Pour olive oil into skillet (enough to cover the bottom of the skillet) and heat over medium heat.

  2. Meanwhile, mix together cornmeal and season salt in shallow dish.

  3. Wash Tilapia with water.  Do not dry off.

  4. Cover Tilapia with cornmeal.  Shake off excess.
  5. Place Tilapia in hot oil and cook 2-3 minutes per side.  Tilapia should be golden brown.
